Get Well, Keep Well

Of course we’re not just here for when you are unwell. Our team of healthcare professionals offer a number of clinics and services to promote good health and wellbeing whatever your medical condition.

You can book/cancel your appointments, and request repeat medications by clicking on the buttons below. If you haven't already signed up to Patient Access and would like to do so, please ask at Reception.

All patients have a 'named' GP, which will either be Dr Khan or Dr Merali. Please enquire for further information when you are next in contact with the surgery for more information.

When we're not open:

Outside of our opening hours, between Monday to Friday 8am to 6:30pm, please call WALDOC on 0845 890 8990. They will arrange for you to be seen, visited at home, or given advice on the phone. Out of these hours, please call 111. If you feel the condition is life-threatening, please call 999.
