If any other member of the family needs to be seen please book a separate appointment. You can choose to book a face-to-face appointment, or alternatively, book a telephone appointment for a doctor to call you back for conditions when a doctor doesn't need to see or examine you.

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
